A stitch in time saves nine

I weigh myself daily on a doctor's balance scale. Noticed I put on a couple of pounds despite eating no more than the requisite number of calories to maintain my normal weight for someone 6-4 of 200-204 pounds. (15 cal/lb x 200=3000) A serious chocolate lover discovered I undercounted the calorie count for my current favorite goody by 0.55 calories/piece. Didn't take long to accumulate an extra 7000 cal which converts to 2 pounds of body fat. Was probably eating 3100 calories daily. With a very minor decrease in daily chocolate intake the problem should resolve quickly.

It's this kind of personal responsibility approach I'll bring to my medical programs when in the White House.
